Product Description
We at Barry’s are proud to introduce another one of our breathtaking, luxurious pieces to the world. Unique in its shape and size, this 18k white gold ring boasts not only immaculate stones, but a structurally sound foundation that will provide a lasting integrity.
High polished pillars connect the bridge of the band to the centrefold perched atop the Cathedral setting, showing off the architectural beauty and security, while allowing for extra light to penetrate the stones through open windows. The focal point of this stunner is a 2.01ct. cut-cornered, rectangular modified brilliant cut, yellow diamond. Sitting at the peak within yellow gold claws, it is juxtaposed by three tiers of haloing, round brilliant cut white diamonds, each tier a silhouette of the unique shape.
Appearing as if bottomless due to its mirror-like facets per its “good cut” and deep point, this GIA graded stone bears exact measurements of 8.78 – 5.71 x 4.27mm., flaunting its “natural, even, fancy yellow colour” and crystal-clear VS=1 clarity. Being that this brilliant cut diamond is graded by GIA, it features a laser engraving along the girdle with its unique serial number that can be cross referenced on the GIA Report website (https://www.gia.edu/report-check-landing).
Hidden beneath the gallery, the Cathedral foundation of the band is fashioned with a small, but proportionate split in the shank, which tapers as it swoops perfectly into the dainty band, which is decorated with diamonds three-quarters around. Between the tiered halos and the band, one hundred and four (104) round brilliant cut diamonds dazzle within their settings. Fourteen of these stones bear approximate measurements of 2.0 – 1.9mm., while the remaining ninety approximately measure 1.5mm. These modestly sized diamonds weight a combined total of 1.66ct., and present with qualities by gauge of VS to SI clarity, near colourless F-G range, and a stunning twinkle from the Very Good cut.
This regal work of art has been expertly appraised by Gem Grade Appraisal Service, located in Toronto, with a “suggested insurance coverage” of $40,000.00.
