Auction Description
One lady’s 18kt white gold, onyx and diamond ring. Item is trademarked, and previously enjoyed.
Regal and dramatic in its design, this cocktail ring will capture any and all attention no matter the setting. The sizable black onyx has been custom cut to proportion, with 18kt white gold millgrain settings soldered into the stone, holding fifty-three round brilliant cut diamonds, weighing approximately 0.67ct.
These round cuts have all been skillfully chosen to match in qualities, with SI clarity, near colourless F-G grading, and shimmering sparkle due to their good cut. The very centre of this piece has a mix of larger and smaller stones arranged within borders of white to resemble that of a mandala shimmering against the inky backdrop, followed by a halo of stark white stones and gold alike.
The onyx’s mounting has also been crafted in 18kt white gold, with an open petal design carved into the metal holding the underside of the stone. The band is sized at a 7.25.
