Fashioned with botanical stylings in mind, the crown of this engagement ring is reminiscent to that of a blooming flower with its petal-like halo, and seamless transition into the tapered band. This ring is part of the “150 Cut” collection by Maple Leaf Diamonds that paid celebration to Canada’s 150th birthday, featuring an impossibly sparkly centre stone that bears one hundred fifty facets for the utmost of light reflection.
The pistil of this blossom measures at 5.14 x 5.11 x 3.12 and weighs 0.51ct. This Canadian stone is graded with SI-1 clarity, E colour, and an excellent cut.
The halo making up the petals, immediately surrounding the incredible centre, is compiled of ten round brilliant cut natural Canadian diamonds, all measuring 2.20mm, with a total weight of 0.41ct. These true-north beauties are graded with SI-1 clarity, F-G colour, and very good to excellent cut.
Bordering the edge of the halo and working their way down the pristine white band, to find themselves imbedded in the profile detailing of the 18k rose gold, are a total of ninety-four round brilliant cut diamonds, with a total weight of 0.63ct. These stones are graded with VS to SI clarity, G-H colour, and good to very good cut.
The measurements of these stones are not given. The total of eleven diamonds that are Canadian all bear a laser inscription on their girdles, which match the documentation provided with purchase of this icy beauty.
This two-tone engagement ring is currently sized at a 6.75.
