Lavishing every inch of this Victorian flourish inspired accessory, a combination of two hundred and thirty-eight old European, old Single, and old rose cut diamonds have been used to adorn.

The largest of the diamonds used are four, 4.5 - 4.3mm, old European cuts, bezel set to stand out against the elegant backdrop of sweeping white. Bead set into the intricately designed metal are the remaining old Single and old rose cut diamonds, with sizes ranging from 3.6mm to 1.3mm. These unique, coveted diamonds are graded with SI-1 to I-1 clarity and G-H-I colour range.

Due to the age, and wear and tear, some of these not readily replaceable stones are chipped.

Unique in its creation, this brooch has an interlocking mechanism in the centre, allowing for each half to be separated and be worn as pins instead. The mechanism is sturdy and shows very little space between the conjunction when worn as a solid piece.
