Auction Description
One lady’s 14k white gold and diamond, Noam Carver, engagement ring. Item is trademarked and previously enjoyed.
This gorgeous and dainty engagement ring is part of the unmounted Bridal collection by Noam Carver, a Montreal based designer that has a hand in all of the pieces produced. Each stone was expertly chosen and matched for this semi-mount, excluding the centre stone. The inside of the band also bears a serial number unique to that ring, which can be used for the Lifetime Warranty offered by the Noam Carver brand.
Hand selected by the customer for this engagement ring, a 0.70ct. round brilliant cut diamond is set up just above the setting to hover above the cushion shaped double halo. Held within dainty, dual, 14k white gold prongs, the diamond simply shines against the white backdrop. With an expanse that measures 5.41 – 5.45 x 3.66mm., there’s plenty of room to show off the stunning scintillation from its good cut, which helps to drown out the few internal birthmarks visible per its SI-2 clarity, with an added aid from the near colourless gauge of G.
The underside of this setting is openly carved with a geometrical pattern, allowing for extra light to improve the overall appearance of the diamonds. Sixty-eight round brilliant cut diamonds decorate the accompanying halo and dainty, Cathedral style band, while another two round brilliant cuts adorn either side of the rings facial profile for just a touch of added drama. These seventy total diamonds have approximate measurements of 1.50 – 1.00 x 0.75mm., an approximate total weight of 0.54cts., and qualities by gauge of SI clarity, G-H colour, and Good cut – the Noam Carver standard.
Currently sized at a 4.25, this previously enjoyed engagement ring is truly a piece of beauty.
Certificate of appraisal provided by Barry’s own Graduate Gemologist with a “total retail replacement value” of $10,000.00.
