Offering a perfect opportunity as an heirloom, this vintage bar brooch has held up through the ages and will continue with its exquisite craftsmanship and striking detail.

Flush fit within the confines of the platinum, alternating between two strips of old European cut diamonds, are a total of ten square cut natural sapphires. These medium toned blues approximately measure 4.10 x 4.00 x 2.20mm, with an approximate total weight of 3.30ct., and dazzle with their “strong to vivid intensity”, slight inclusions, and very good quality cut.

Juxtaposing the gemstones are eight old European cut diamonds, with approximate measurements of 3.80 to 3.60mm and an approximate total weight of 1.60ct., and qualities by gauge of VVS to VS clarity, G-H colour, and medium quality cut.

The walls of the 7cm brooch are delicately etched with hand engraved scroll and leaf detailing, and the piece itself is secured with a pin and safety catch.
