Product Description
“The diamonds of the future” is the ideology Swarovski is building their branding from. Most commonly associated with their long-standing history with crystals and fashion jewellery, this wonderful brand is taking a new approach to their associations.
A Lab Grown diamond from Swarovski “faithfully reflects that natural processes that occur in the formation of mined diamonds”, ensuring that these stones not only have the same makeup as a ‘natural’ diamond, but match and even surpass the beauty we’ve come to expect. After each diamond has formed, it is cut and polished by a Master Cutter in one of the six classic shapes (round brilliant, cushion, princess, oval, pear, and radiant cut), to reflect the quality standards this brand has set. Afterwards, each Swarovski Created Diamond is hand-picked and graded by their gemologists “according to the diamond industry’s 4Cs, which relate to cut, color, clarity and carat weight”.
Swarovski pride themselves on their high-level environmental, safety, and labor standards to ensure the wellbeing of their employees, the environment, and society “at its heart”. The laboratory where the diamonds are created is “completely carbon neutral”, as the energy used to produce these stones gets recycled.
This 1.20ct., pear brilliant cut diamond is just that; a diamond. The expanse of the stone measures at 9.29 x 6.06 x 3.42mm. and has qualities by gauge of VS-1 clarity, and F colour. Thanks to the Master Cutters that tend to these beauties, the polish and symmetry are both graded “Excellent” – giving this diamond an intense sparkle from the near perfect facets.
This stone also bears a laser inscription along the girdle of a serial number unique to each Lab Grown diamond. This inscription matches the in-depth documentation provided, and can be verified through the International Gemological Institute’s website (https://www.igi.org/reports/verify-your-report).
