Product Description
One 14k white gold, moissanite and diamond engagement ring. Item condition is previously loved. A wonderful alternative to a diamond, moissanite offers a striking brilliance and durability similar to that of a diamond, with a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs Scale. This gloriously detailed ring is set with the best of both worlds; a 1.24ct. princess cut Lab-Created moissanite centre, accented by round brilliant cut diamonds along the shoulders and profile. Perched atop the Cathedral foundation, the 5.58 – 5.52 x 3.76mm moissanite shines with a brilliant sparkle from the graded qualities of slightly included clarity, near colourless interior, with a very good quality cut. The stone is slightly chipped*. Claw set into a frame of beautifully milgrained edges along either side of the band, and criss-crossing on either side of the profile, are a total of forty round brilliant cut diamonds. The eight stones decorating the shoulders approximately measure 1.5mm, while the remaining thirty-two adorning the faces approximately measure 1.1mm. These gorgeous stones have an approximate total weight of 0.28ct., and qualities by gauge of SI clarity, G-H-I colour range, and Medium to Good quality cut. Etched into the gold around the bottom quarter of the band, the milgrain edging continues, accenting intricate sculpts. A small, high polished sizing bar at the very base of the band completes the piece. Currently sized at a 5.5. Certificate of appraisal provided by Gem Grade Appraisal Service, located in Toronto, with a “suggested insurance coverage” of $2,400.00.
