Registering an Account

Creating an account with Barry’s Jewellers allows you to easily track your orders and manage your purchases. To register, simply click on the “My Account” tab located on the top bar of our website.


Forgot Your Password?

No problem! Click on “Forgot Password” under the account login section, and we'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

 

Payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa for all purchases. Canadian customers also have the option to pay via eTransfer or at any CIBC branch by bank draft. For international purchases, we accept wire transfers.

Please note that, as per company policy, we do not accept payments via phone.


Pricing Accuracy

At Barry’s Jewellers, we strive to ensure that all prices displayed online and in-store are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur, including typographical, photographic, technical, or other errors. In the event of a pricing mistake, Barry’s reserves the right to refuse any sale made at the incorrect price.


Price Adjustments

- If the correct price is lower than the listed price, you will automatically be charged the lower amount.

- If the correct price is higher than the listed price, we will cancel your order, notify you of the error, and provide an immediate refund if your credit card has been charged.


Using Promotional Codes

If you have a promotional code, please enter it in the “promo code” section during checkout to apply for the discount.

 

Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping options. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Orders will be processed and shipped within 5 business days if the product is in stock and does not require ordering or customization. For items that need to be ordered or are custom pieces, the shipping time may vary.


Free Shipping in Canada

Enjoy free expedited shipping on all orders of $100 or more within Canada via Canada Post. Orders under $100 incur a flat shipping fee of $15.


U.S. and International Shipping

U.S. and worldwide shipping outside of Canada have a flat shipping rate of $35 via Canada Post. We also offer FedEx Priority Overnight for $77 or FedEx Priority for $63. U.S. orders over $500 qualify for free FedEx shipping.


International Orders

Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties or local taxes depending on your country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local Customs Office for more details.


Packaging

At Barry’s Jewellers, the packaging for your jewellery will vary based on the brand you’ve selected. For “Designer Brands” such as Maple Leaf Diamonds, you’ll receive your jewellery in its exclusive brand packaging. All other items will be elegantly presented in our signature blue Barry’s branded boxes.


Gift Option

When placing an order, you can choose to have your jewellery item gift-wrapped. If you opt for this service, we will beautifully wrap the Jewellery Box with decorative wrapping paper and a bow. Please note that the invoice will be included in a discreet, neutral shipping package. If you prefer not to have the paper invoice included in the box, kindly email us at info@barrysjewellers.com to request this option.

 

Tracking

After your purchase, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use this code on FedEx or Canada Post to track your parcel.

To check the status of your order, log in to your registered account. If you did not create an account at the time of purchase, please email us at info@barrysjewellers.com with a copy of your invoice, and we'll be happy to assist you.

 

Exchanges & Returns

Please note that all products are final sale. No returns or exchanges are permitted.

However, if you wish to exchange your item, you may trade it for one of higher value. To qualify for this exchange, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all tags and authenticity certificates/appraisal intact. The item must arrive at our store, where an in-person assessment will determine if it meets the criteria for an exchange. Please note that custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Lifetime Jewellery Warranty

At Barry’s Jewellers, we proudly stand behind the quality of our products. All Lifetime Jewellery Warranties issued prior to December 2019 (including Burlington and former Hamilton Locations) remain fully valid. However, please note that since December 2019, we no longer sell or issue new Lifetime Warranties.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include regular wear and tear. Over time, your jewellery may show signs of use, such as scratches, dents, or fading, which are considered normal and are not covered under the warranty. To determine if a repair is needed under the warranty, we must inspect the jewellery in person.

Diamond Trade-In Policy

At Barry’s Jewellers, we offer a Diamond Trade-In Policy for diamonds purchased from barrysjewellers.com. This policy allows you to trade in or upgrade your diamond to a larger or higher-quality stone, with a credit towards your new purchase based on the original value of your diamond.

To qualify for this trade-in, the new diamond must be at least 100% greater in value than your original purchase. The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition, free of any chips or scratches, and must be accompanied by its original GIA or AGS laboratory report.
