Shipping & Delivery
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more within Canada. Orders under $100 require a flat shipping rate of $15 All orders in Canada over $100 will be shipped expedited via Canada Post.
All orders in Canada over $500 will be shipped overnight via FedEx. Shipping is based on time of purchase. Please email email@example.com for further inquiries.
For orders to the U.S. there is a flat rate of $35 via Canada Post; we also offer FedEx Priority Overnight for a flat rate of $77 or FedEx Priority for $63. All U.S. orders over $500 are free via FedEx Priority Overnight. Please note that international orders are susceptible to duty and/or local taxes due to whichever country you reside in. Please check with your Customs Office to verify the duties on fine jewellery.
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Log onto www.fedex.ca or www.canadapost.ca to use your tracking code to follow your parcel.
Registering an Account

To register an account with Barry’s, click the “My Account” tab located along the top bar of our website. If you forget your password you can click “forgot password” under the account login section to receive an email notification to retrieve your password.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept payment by MasterCard and Visa. Canadian clients also have the option to pay at any CIBC branch and/or by bank draft.
Barry’s makes every effort to ensure that the prices displayed online and in-store are accurate. However, there may be the odd time that an error takes place (whether typographical, photographical, technical or any other type of error) on our website. In the event of mislabeled pricing, Barry’s reserves the right to refuse any sale at the incorrect price.
If the pricing of the merchandise is lower than our stated price, we will automatically charge you the lower amount. If the correct price of the merchandise is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and cancellation (we will immediately refund your Credit Card if a charge has been processed).
If you have received a promotional code, please submit it in the “promo code” section when checking out.

Diamond Trade-In Policy
We offer a diamond trade in policy on your diamond purchase from barrys.ca.
You can trade in or upgrade your diamond for a larger or higher quality stone and get a credit* of your original diamond purchase. The new diamond you are purchasing must be at least 100% greater in value than your original diamond.
*The diamond being upgraded must be in its original condition, free of any chips or scratches, and also must be accompanied by its original GIA or AGS laboratory report.

Barry’s Jewellers is pleased to offer weekly auctions that have a duration of 14 days. New auctions begin each Thursday, and each auction lot is available for viewing throughout the course of it’s given auction period at Barry’s Burlington location (3325 Harvester Road, Burlington, ON). During this time, a potential bidder is free to ask questions, request additional photographs, and/or forward any inquiries to Barry’s Jewellers staff using the question submission form on the auction page, live chat or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Bidding Process:Once registered with an account on barrysjewellers.com, an individual may place a bid on any given auction item(s). Our system will place the lowest bid necessary to establish your position as highest bidder. Your maximum bid reflects the amount you're willing to pay for an item, but you could end up paying less. The Barry’s Jewellers auction is designed to replicate the live auction experience as best as can be given its online nature. As such, and as in a live auction setting, when a bid is placed by an individual within the last minute of an auction period, additional time is subsequently granted to allow other bidders to consider their potential bids. In the case of Barry’s Jewellers, if a bid is placed by any auction participant within the last minute of the auction, the auction time is extended by an additional minute.
Please note that all auction lots are subject to an 20% buyers premium added to the final hammer price.
After the Hammer:
Once an auction ends, you will receive an email stating either you have won the item or you were an unsuccessful bidder. If you were indeed the highest bidder, this email will contain a link leading you to our Barry’s Jewellers checkout system. Here, several shipping and payment options are available.
