Yes, we do! The pricing will vary due to how many sizes you require to go up or down. Please see store for a proper quote and details
Can I customize a piece of jewellery by adding my own stones/diamonds to a setting?
We can customize jewellery by setting your own precious stones and diamonds into almost any setting of your choice. To inquire, contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
Can I buy a setting without the centre diamond?
Yes, what you are looking for is a semi-mount ring. They can be found here
Do you offer alternative metals like platinum, palladium or rose gold?
Yes, we offer metals other than 10-18kt White or Yellow gold.
What are the 4C’s of a diamond?
Do the prices of engagement rings on your site include the cost of the centre diamond?
It depends on where you are looking; if the ring doesn’t come with a centre stone there will be a message “This Product does not come with a centre stone.” above the Add to Bag button.
Do you do appraisals for insurance?
Barry’s outsources appraisals with qualified GIA graduate gemologists.
Do you accept bank draft payments?
No we do not accept bank drafts. However, we will accept wire transfers. It is recommended that international orders must be placed this way. Please contact the store at 905-639-6678 or email email@example.com to set up your transfer.
Do you fix/repair jewellery?
Yes! Barry’s in house goldsmiths are more than qualified to repair your jewellery. To inquire, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat with one of our online concierges.
Is an appointment required to look at engagement rings?

I lost one of my diamond earrings. Can I buy just one?
Yes. Send us your information, and we’d be happy to try and help match what you have.
I fell in love with a ring I saw in a store and now they don’t have it anymore. Can I still get it?
It depends on what the item is and if it has been discontinued or not. We recommend going into our storefront and talking with one of our sales associates, or emailing email@example.com. We will do our best to source what you are looking for.
What is your ring resizing policy?
When you purchase your ring from Barry’s, your first resizing is FREE.
Why can’t my ring be sized?
Almost all rings can be sized, however there’s always some exceptions. If your ring is made with diamonds on the shoulders (diamonds along the sides of the band), an intricate design, or eternity bands, we would have to take a look at the ring to determine it is something we can resize to your requested size. To properly answer this question it is best to bring the ring in so we can take a look at it.
My jewellery has a chipped/loose/missing diamond! How do I get that fixed?
Please bring your jewellery to our location at 3325 Harvester Road for us to inspect and give you an appropriate quote.
Do you send an appraisal with my purchase?
Yes, any purchase over $1000, will come with a written appraisal for insurance purposes. This document will be sent with all other paperwork in the same package as your purchase.
How often should I update my jewellery appraisal?
We recommend you get your jewellery re-appraised every 5 years. The value of your jewellery may increase over time due to the fluctuation of price in diamonds in metal. Because of this, you want to be sure that your jewellery is valued at the appropriate price for how much it is worth in case something were to happen.
I have a new appraisal, what now?
Once you have a new appraisal for your jewellery, we recommend you keep a copy for yourself and send a copy to your insurance company so your jewellery will be covered for the correct value.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?

Why are there different prices for diamonds that look so similar in quality to each other?

What does your packaging look like?
The packaging that your jewellery will arrive in varies depending on the brand you have purchased. All of our “Designer Brands” (Tacori, Maple Leaf Diamonds, Thomas Sabo etc) have their own packaging. All other pieces will arrive in Barry’s branded packaging.
What does your packaging look like when I place an order online? I want to order something as a gift and don’t want to ruin the surprise
When you place an order on barrysjewellers.com, we are mindful of our packaging. We ship all orders in an all-white box or a FedEx box with none of our Barry’s branding on the box.
