One 14k yellow gold and tsavorite, enamelled snake bangle. Item is previously enjoyed and in very good condition.
Exquisitely crafted with a striking design, this bangle is eye-catching and awe-inspiring. A hollow, rounded cuff sweeps past one another to create a by-pass design, with two ornate bulbs capping either end.
Either side of the gold is ensnared with a snake, beautifully enamelled with a marbling of green, orange and yellow. Held within a six-prong crown in the centre is an oval shaped and faceted green tsavorite gemstone, approximately measuring 5.20 - x 4.40 x 2.70mm, with an approximate weight of 0.60ct. The stone faces up with a "medium tone of strong, slightoy yellowish green" colour, with moderate incluosions, and medium to good quality cut.
The bangle opens on a hinge, with an interlocking tongue clasp, secured with a safety chain, and approximately measures 58.0 - 48.0mm in diameter.
There is some mild wear and tear on the piece, but overall is in very good condition.
