Product Description
One 18kt white gold, tanzanite and diamond necklace. Item is new and in excellent condition.
Found in only one place on Earth, near the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, tanzanite’s are not only exotic in aesthetic appearance, but in their nature. Tanzanite’s are one of the rarest, most sought-after gemstones this beautiful world has to offer, making them more precious than diamonds.
The subtle design of this necklace allows for the 7.20ct. gemstone centre to be put on full display, undistracted by the slight setting and accenting diamonds. Approximately measuring 15.87 – 11.34 x 6.88mm, the spready table of this gorgeous pear radiates an intense shade of blue, with hints of purple marbled through the lightly included interior, by gauge of “medium dark tone of strong, slightly violetish blue” colour. Nearly transparent, the criss-cross pattern of the setting is visible through the stone that adds an extra unique touch, paired with a very good quality cut.
Martini set above the gemstone is a single 4.10 x 2.47mm round brilliant cut diamond, with an 8.50 – 5.09 x 2.60mm pear cut flanked above. Both stones share VS clarity, G-H colour, and Very Good quality cut. Suspending this gorgeous piece of art are three dainty rows of cable link style chains, fixed together to create a layered appearance that adds a touch of bold texturing.
The necklace measures 18-inches in length and is secured with a lobster claw clasp for the utmost of security.
