One lady’s custom made 18kt yellow and white gold, “Christopher Design” diamond engagement ring. Item is new.

Take their breath away and leave them speechless. This custom-made ring by Christopher Design is truly one-of-a-kind in its quality and style. Unmatched as a piece of art, it combines striking, contrasting tones of vibrant yellow against stark white for definition and dimension.

Front and center is a 1.04ct. cushion cut, GIA graded, natural yellow diamond held by 18kt yellow gold claws. This immaculate stone is gauged at a VVS-1 clarity, in a Y-Z colour range, with a very good cut and is surrounded by a gold border to enhance its colour. Haloing the yellow border and center stone are 14, 2.00mm round brilliant cut diamonds that range from VS-1 to SI-1 clarity, near colourless in their F-G grading, and sparkle with thanks to their “very good to excellent” cut. Two of these matched diamonds are bezel set in 18kt white gold, into the basket of the facial profile.

Within the basket, crafted in yellow gold, are 16 pavé set, round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of .10ct. These gems are VS to SI clarity, natural fancy yellow in colour, and have a very good cut. Acting as side stones in this non-traditional trinity, are two F-G coloured “half-moon” shaped, very good cut diamonds. Weighing approximately 0.18ct., they are graded with VS-2 clarity, and are claw set in white gold – giving the illusion they are slightly larger than they are.

The band of the ring itself is split into three parts, creating a knife-edge out of the 18kt yellow with white on either side. Imbedded in the white, are a total of 40 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.66ctw. These smaller stones are spitting images of their 2.00mm counterparts, with matching qualities.

The band comes to a split at the bottom of the shank, bearing the logo in a crest of gold. This gorgeous ring has a total carat weight of 1.98ct., sparkling no matter which way you look at it.

Truly one-of-a-kind, the ring is sized at 6.25.

Certificate of appraisal provided by GS Laboratories with a “suggested insurance coverage” of $22,000.00.
