RESERVE & PICK UP: FIND OUT HOW

Reserve and Pick Up allows you to put your product on hold with ease! No hassle, no commitment, and no membership is required!
During store hours, you should receive an email confirmation within 30 minutes after the reservation has been made.

To use Reserve and Pick Up, simply:

  1. Click the "Reserve in Store" button once you notice an item you would like to reserve or once you are at the check out.
  2. Select the store you want to reserve the item at.
  3. Enter your contact information or that of the individual picking up the item (the reserved item(s) will be held under this name).
  4. Click "Reserve Now".
  5. Within 30 minutes (during regular store hours, of course), you should receive an email confirming your reservation. Do not go to the store until you receive this confirmation email.
  6. Once in store, head to the check out counter.
  7. Provide our Barry's representative with the contact information you entered online, pay for the item, and you're done!

Please note: Item(s) will be held for 24 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent. After 48 hours, your reservation will be terminated and the item(s) will return to store stock.

Reservations are processed by staff in the store you have selected, so outside of regular store hours, and during periods of increased store traffic, your confirmation email may arrive after more than 30 minutes.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, simply call the store you chose for pick up and they will process your cancellation.

Reserve and Pick Up FAQ

Why was my Reserve and Pick Up order not filled?

Sometimes an item may show as being available for pick up at barrys.ca, but by the time the store actually receives your order and looks for the item(s) to reserve, this item may have already been sold to another customer. This is why it is important to wait until you receive your Reserve and Pick Up email before going into the store. For Limited Quantity items, we reserve the right to decline orders to ensure stock is available for our walk-in customers.

Can I reserve an item and have someone else pick it up?

Yes. When reserving your item online, be sure to enter the other person's contact information so that the item can be reserved under their name. They will receive a notification email within 30 minutes (during store hours), after which time they can head to the store and purchase the item.
