Philippe Ledoux was enlisted by Robert Dumas to design for Hermès in 1947, and went on to produce over 90 scarves. In classic equestrian style, this Carrossier scarf depicts the carriage body, and is in a classic combination of muted greens, yellows and oranges.
This scarf is in pristine condition, with no apparent marks or pulls.
It measures 34 w x 34 h in inches.
The edges are hand rolled and stitched. Fabric tag is intact. This scarf comes with an original Hermès box.
